We are so excited to host a family-friend festival that has something for all ages!

Admission is FREE!! This is the perfect event for your family and friends, so make sure to bring everyone and enjoy an evening filled with fun, food, and fantastic activities for all ages.

Get ready to paint, decorate, or carve your way into some fall fun! Our Southland Pumpkin Decorating & Carving Contest is open to all ages and skill levels. Enter on your own or team up with your family, friends, or church group. You don’t have to be an artist to join the fun!

New This Year: Pumpkins will be displayed in the church foyer beginning Sunday, October 25, through our Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 28, giving our whole church family a chance to enjoy your creations and vote for their favorites!

Voting will be electronic—simply scan the QR code provided at the display to cast your vote.

No need to choose a category when you register—every pumpkin will be eligible for all five awards!

How to Participate:

• Sign up below to let us know you’re joining the fun!
• Create your pumpkin masterpiece. Painted, decorated, and carved pumpkins are all welcome! Because pumpkins will be displayed for several days, decorating without carving is encouraged—but our pumpkin carvers are absolutely welcome, too!
• Bring your pumpkin(s) to the church foyer by 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 25. Each entry will receive a number for voting.
• Need to drop off your pumpkin early? You’re welcome to bring it to the church office October 19–22 (Monday–Thursday), between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please keep the display dates in mind when deciding how early to bring a carved pumpkin!
• Invite your family and friends to vote! Voting will open Sunday, October 25, and close at 6:30 p.m. during the Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 28.
• Winners will be announced by 7:00 p.m. at the Fall Festival!

Whether your pumpkin is silly, sweet, spooky, or completely unexpected, we can’t wait to see what you create!
